Buying our first home and being out of state, we were very stressed and nervous about finding the perfect real estate agent that would communicate well, be available to us when needed, and understand what we were looking for. Finding Rachel was such a blessing for us as she genuinely went above and beyond our expectations! From the very beginning she was extremely informative, friendly, answering all of our many (and I do mean many) questions and fulfilling each and every request without hesitation. She did a lot of research for us and always made herself available. When we came to town for a trip she had everything perfectly lined up and ready to show us around, and even had the perfect intuition for what we wanted and were looking for (she knew which home we truly wanted before we even did 😉). When we left town and had a couple home interests she drove out and sent us lots of pictures, measurements, and video walkthroughs so we were confident and ready to pick our house. When it came to moving forward with our home she was on top of everything, asking questions during walk throughs that we didn’t think of and pointing out any small flaw details. She kept in communication with the builders, title company, ect, always making sure things were kept on track and on time and that everything was done appropriately. We were so new to this and nervous for the endeavor of buying our first house that we are still in disbelief how simple and pleasant everything was, and we give Rachel all the credit for this! We do and will continue to recommend Rachel to literally anyone and everyone because we know she genuinely is the best realtor and will make your home buying or selling process as smooth and stress free as possible!
